I printed the checkerboard pattern with the high resolution, but the wooden frame that I have used to attach my calibration pattern has curved (not planner) shape. Is it affect the stereo calibration?

You don't really need to compute rectification transforms (using stereoRectify) unless you want to align epipolar lines
