Exit Error on Qt Windows

Exit Error -1073741511 on Qt Windows

I installed opencv for Qt on Windows It installs fine& my program compiles with no errors but when i run the program, a window pop up for split second & then exits. & this error is noted: exited with code -1073741511

I also created a small app to display an image only just to test opencv, but still to no avail... exited with code -1073741511

Please help, I have been stuck on this problem for the last week.
