i wish to develop for both ios and android, and have this image processing for face recognition and subsequent application of this effect, on the server side, which the client side app will communicate with. I want to use Open CV for face detection in the image. How do I go about it? Also, as shown in the pictures above, is it possible to apply the wind blown effect to the face using open CV itself, or I could make use of any other open source or closed source API to get this effect?
