I'm getting OpenCV Error: Assertion failed (!empty()) in cv::CascadeClassifier::detectMultiScale

Im trying to learn how to use OpenCV in java . Im studying this article . haarcascade_frontalface_alt.xml and lena.png files are in src folder.
