Control PTZ from C/C++ APi

I have an TeleEye MX677 IP camera. I need to control the IP camera with PTZ options programmatically from the browser and not from the TeleEye driver. I expect this to be done as C/C++ Api. Please provide me some thoughts to proceed with this work.
