change source code and compile with OpenCV

Hi, I'm trying to change source code from a function include in OpenCV, but I can't use it in my main program. How can I compile the new source code from OpenCV. Thanks a lot for your help!

You need to recompile OpenCV , which you edited based on your needs. In order to recompile, simply follow this official guide published by OpenCV itself.
