IPCAM delay problem

Hi : I used IPCAM to run openvino demo ( interactive_face_detection_demo) . But the demo has 8-10 sec delay. How could I improved the problem??

My version was 2019_R1.1 I used it on ununtu 16.04 and N4200 CPU .
