recompiling opencv 3.4 in 32bit?

is it possible? or 3.4 codes does only support 64bit?

and recompiling opencv 2.4.13.5 32bit in vc12 or visual studio 2013? is it possible?,

because I only need to include in my folder the msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll, using greater than vc12 would ask many files and *120.dll is depreciated.
