recompiling opencv 3.4 in 32bit and...

recompiling opencv 3.4 in 32bit?

is it possible? or 3.4 codes does only support 64bit?

and recompiling opencv 2.4.13.5 32bit in vs11 or visual studio 2012? is it possible?,

because I only need to include in my folder the msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll, using greater than vs11 would ask many files and *120.dll is depreciated.
