I'm still new in python and i need help on how to determine the coordinate of harris point corner. Can someone help me please

Take a look at the tutorials, such as THIS one on the Harris corner detector.

Did you even look at the tutorial? It has several samples, one of which finds the coordinates to a sub-pixel level and draws on them. If you don't understand the code in the tutorial, then start at the beginning and learn.
