2016-10-01 17:47:15 -0600 | asked a question | Anyone Know When AN OpenCV Release After 3.1.0 Will Happen? Does anyone know the schedule for the next release after OpenCV 3.1.0? The reason I ask is that I am wondering if it will fix the problem associated with the module flann.knnMatch and the error message: "error: (-215) The data should normally be NULL! in function allocate." Since I am not a unix expert, I have been installing using MacPorts. I believe I have seen a workaround on this forum, but it needs a patch to source code to be installed and do not know how to modify the 3.1.0 code that is installed via MacPorts. So I am awaiting a new release of OpenCV and thus from MacPorts. Sorry, I am a novice here! Thanks |
