I get the following message from my anti-virus tool when compiling OpenCV : HackTool.Win32.Agent.pto was found in D:\Downloads\OpenCV\Builds\bin\Debug\video_dmtx.exe

The build of video_dmtx.exe fails because HackTool.Win32.Agent.pto is quarantined. Is this expected and what is HackTool used for?
