I am using visual studio 2015 and I down load opencv version 3.1 but it didn't work and appeared "LNK1104 cannot open file 'opencv_world310.obj" . note: my windows is 7. so : 1- how solve this problem? 2- is opencv version 3.1 suitable for visual studio 2016? please I need help
