Problems with webcam in Windows 7, OpenCV 2.4.6

I have a similar problem. I installed today new OpenCV 2.4.6. Camera doesn't work with this release. I use g++ compilation in Eclipse. Why with older release is everything OK and with newer it doesn't work?
