CV_IPP_RUN no define when build opencv3.1.0

I am having the same problem. Does anyone know why 'CV_IPP_RUN': identifier not found in accump.cpp and both it and 'CV_UNUSED': identifier not found in corner.cpp for OpenCV V3.1.0 ?
