I use cvCaptureFromFile in my project to connect to a camera by RTSP. This camera broadcasts a stream in 720p or 1080p.

I have no problems in 720p. But in 1080p my frame is never completely decoded. (See below)

What's the problem? Is it my implementation, or a problem with FFMPEG ?
