Actually that was a small portion of my original image sample. When I use a bigger one, with more details and different morphologies, the result is completely unusable. I tried to play with thresholding value without success. I do not know whether Random walker segmentation could help, I may should search for source in c++. Or may be some one have another Idea. Thanx. |

I applied the canny for finding edges including lines and circles, but when I later look for circles or contours, I get many unnecessary of them. I can take a series of lines where the position of circles' centers will come at least in one picture on a line. Therefore, I thought to try detecting the circles whose center come exactly on lines. Could any one help me? |
