I am using INOGENI HDMI to USB3 to capture 4K images from a camera on Windows 7 platform. The application works on some machines and not on others. OpenCV version 249 on Visual studios 2010 The applications sets the frame size width and height to (3840 X 2160) after and captures a video stream. It works great on some windows machines but on others, the Frame size is set to 0 X 0 and there is no image.

The INOGENI sample program captures OK.

Any ideas would be very helpful
