I am a beginner in Open CV and havn't actually checked out the sdk for Android as well, so please don't mind if i ask something stupid out here . So this is basically what i want to achieve , please let me know if this is achievable or not :- Basically i will be streaming an ip camera feed on android device (I am refreshing the image and this is done! ) The ip camera is streaming a Target Image . If the somebody shoots on a target image app must be able to recognize the bullet and the co-ordinates where the bullet hit the target image .

Thanks in advance , i just want to know if this is achievable or not also i will appreciate if somebody could share the approach which can lead me to solve the problem.
