dpm incredibly slow?

I tried to use dpm with dog.xml, under opencv3 but it's so slow it's not usable. It did say no opennM or tbb detected, so not sure if my laptop has that or if i have to recompile opencv for it.

Does anyone get more then 2-5fps ?
