It might be a silly question to you all but for a novice user like me it wasn't as you pretend. Am in a Dilemma whether I need to use OpenCV4Android on my Windows 7 Notebook.
When am running the sample Projects of OpenCV4Android it returning "Unable to Launch cygpath. Is Cygwon on the path?" Java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "cygpath"
Please let me know about this
