Ludicrouz.J trojan detected in built exe

Hi there, I recently bought the "OpenCV 3 Computer Vision Application Programming cookbook" from Robrt Laganiere and used it to install openCV on my computer ( i got MS VS 2017 Community). My computer uses Windows Defender as antivirus and Malware detection. After making the opencv project with cmake and building it with MS visual stuido, i ran into trouble while compiling a first demo standard shell programm , with added include to openCV/core.hpp. Nothing more

As soon as i include opnecv2/core.hpp in my programm, windows defender comes up with a trojan alert : Trojan Win32/Ludicrouz.J detected. If i comment the include out everything runs fine, but then i dont have opencv anymore.

Has Anybody had this type of behaviour in the past? Thanks Eric
