Issue when testing any openCV CUDA samples: /usr/local/lib/libopencv_cudaobjdetect.so: undefined reference to `cv::cuda::StreamAccessor::getStream(cv::cuda::Stream const&)'

When using the CUDA libs independently of openCV they work fine. Using: Cuda 10, OpenCV 4.1.0, Ubuntu Ubuntu 18.04.2, Nvidia Jetson Xavier
