it is something so strange that there is no any prebuilt opencv with gstreamer support while gstreamer one of the best fast ways to stream videos and opencv is supposed to have the feature without going to the building process
if anyone have any opencv above 3.4 built with gstreamer support and with contributes for windows i hope you send me im tired from trying to compile it in windows
