When I use the default binary provided by the opencv upon compilation, the program hangs forever and keeps on consuming memory until it freezes my system and I need up forcing a shutdown and restart. Can somebody tell me why this is happening?

EDIT: I found figured out the line which is freezing my application.

What does this line do?
