install opencv 2.4.13 in ubuntu 16.04

i have recently updated in ubuntu 16.04 ,and now i am facing a lot of problem to run opencv can someone give me proper and clear instruction/steps on how to install opencv on 16.04

btw, any special reason, you want outdated 2.4 ?
