How I can dowload images and video samples in the tutorials?

probably you are asking for samples/data folder.

i moved this directory according to where the compiled exe files placed. (maybe there is another way that i don't know)

for example my compiled sample exe files are placed in

D:\opencv-build\bin\Release

and i put data in

D:\opencv-build\bin\data
