How can I have opencv manager installed on chromebook/chromebit stick?

I have been trying to find a way to port opencv manager to chrome os. I have chrome os running on chromebit stick which is almost the same as chromebook. I have developed a demographic program that uses opencv to detect people faces and define their age/gender. The program works well under android and Microsoft windows.

The easiest way to run my app on chrome os is to install a tool called ARC welder from chrome play store where you can run your apk under any platform including windows, but when I try to run my app using that tool, it says that opencv manager is missing.

Any ideas to get opencv manager installed on chrome os?

You can rebuild your application using static linking to OpenCV. The apk size will increase, but you will not need OpenCV Manager.
