Installation on Linux Difficulties

Hello,

On the wiki page there is a step called Building OpenCV from Source Using CMake, Using the Command Line. I'm having trouble understanding what it means, especially the second step Enter the <cmake_binary_dir>. What exactly am I supposed to do here?

It just means to type the command cd ./your_opencv_directory (more precisely, where you cmake'd it. By default, if you followed the guide, you'd have to type cd ~/opencv/release. If you really followed the guide step by step you wouldn't have to type anything though, you're supposed to be there already).
