Block seperation

As i am a beginner in opencv....i don't know how to divide an image frame into blocks for block matching....plz any one help me.....!!

Please provide more information. Are you looking for the algorithms behind matchTemplate, for example, or are you looking to solve a different problem? Some example will help.
