How to find Lower and Upper Boundary [closed]

I need to know how to calculate the lower and upper boundary outliers. I used an outlier calculator. My data is 1,2,3,11,9. I applied the values in the formula and i got different values. But the calculator shows, that upper boundary 22.75 and lower has o boundaries it seems...

Kindly someone help me, on the issue.... Where I am wrong????

If you want to do statistics, then please use a statistics library and not a computer vision library. A good place to start could be Eigen or Boost.
