How to install non-free modules for Python on a Windows machine?!

I really struggled with this and need your help. I'm running opencv 3.0 beta on a windows machine (Anaconda Spyder as IDE) and I need to use SIFT, SURF, etc but they're included in the xfeatures2d and I don't know how. https://github.com/Itseez/opencv_contrib

@berak i didn't get it. also i don't have cmake

there are no prebuild versions for opencv_contrib modules, so you will have to build them from src, for this you need cmake. see e.g.here
