How to access video feed of an IP Camera in OpenCV?

I need help with accessing my IP camera wherein the video feed can be viewed at ipaddress/view.html I've read a lot of other questions relating to this but I can't seem to fetch the video feed from my IP camera and I'm only new to OpenCV. It's for my project which is why I'm trying to learn from it thanks for anyone who'd help
