release mode - WinForms and Opencv

Hi everyone, could You give me advise How can I build my project made in WinForm C++ mixed with Opencv, that I could run project on other computer? I did try with setting runtime library to /MT but it is not compatible with /clr, so I change it to "no common language runtime support" - it gives me error also (dont recognize system namespace)
