Hi to everybody! Is there any future plan about incorporating Structure from Motion open-source code (Bundler + PMVS2 + CMVS...) into OpenCV 3.x? Since all the code is freely available, tt could a really nice addition and smoothly integrated into the calib3d module workflow.

Considering the licensing, I think it is impossible to take the existing SfM source code as is and integrate into OpenCV. OpenCV is under BSD and the SfM programs above are GPL, and they are not compatible. But the integration is possible the other way around though, I mean, license-wise.. cmiiw

something equivalent to it can be found in opencv 3.0.0. you can refer to the tutorial here

Structure from motion has been added in the recent GSoC but is still in full development. You can find the new module here. Re-implementation of different parts needed to be done due to licensing.
