In the 3.0 version (post videoio), which header contains the CV_FOURCC macro? Or how can I avoid using it?
it's VideoWriter::fourcc() now.

Try #include <opencv2/videoio/videoio_c.h>
#include <opencv2/videoio/videoio_c.h>
this is clearly a bad idea.
again, please use VideoWriter::fourcc(), and do NOT include the outdated c-api headers.
VideoWriter::fourcc()
Well, I agree. Thanks
