Question about to use OpenCV on Micro-processor

I'm working on "Atmel Studio 6" with "Atmel SAM3 MCU". I want to use the "OpenCV", so let me know how to use. Please show me any method to use both of one using parts of "OpenCV" or all of "OpenCV"
