OpenCV Java get the position of 9 Objects

Hi Forum, thanks for a lot of grat work. I want to use openCV with Java, so my first question ist: Can a use openCV with all functions in Java?

And then my project is to locate 9 (or more) objects from a webcam stream. The objects a normal symbols plus or minus and so on.
