Is there any link for corresponding java source codes for the C examples given in the tutorial or guide ?

There is no java sample set available unfortunately. What you can do is grab the C or C++ examples and then use the java-docs to check if the corresponding functions used in the sample are actually available as wrappers. However the unofficial OpenCV Java wrappers, fixed in javacv library, do have a large set of samples!
