Hello Everyone , Im from VietNam and I have read blog Pyimagesearch Opencv 3.4.0

  • I setuped Opencv 3.4.0 on Raspberry Pi 3 using Python 3.7.0
  • I installed full all package requirement
  • Im stared project but Im access server Video Live Stream very slowly
  • i don't know how do you give me solution to this problem

Why is slowing, is because of looping. If you post code. We can help you. Another thing is from server or your router depending on broadband.

Open your opencv's account. Click my icon and you see my email. The email spelled wrong.

Btw, I can't help you because I'm using OpenCV 4.3.0. By the end of 2020. I am using Bull version 11. Also with newest python code. Very sadly for you.
