Hello Everyone , Im from VietNam and I have read blog Pyimagesearch Opencv 3.4.0
- I setuped Opencv 3.4.0 on Raspberry Pi 3 using Python 3.7.0
- I installed full all package requirement
- Im stared project but Im access server Video Live Stream very slowly
- i don't know how do you give me solution to this problem
