Eyes bags removal using OpenCV ?

Hi,

I building an app (Android), which is dealing with images improvement.

I encounter the eye bags removal option.

Something like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUUY1...

Can I achieve it using OpenCV ? (maybe open gl ?)

With OpenCV you have the tools to manipulate and do whatever you want with images. You have the tools, the knowledge should be provided by yourself. Yes, it is possible to achieve that but this doesn't mean that is the easiest way. It look like a mix of filtering and blending.
