URL MD5 of opencv4.2.0

Hi everyone,

when I am trying to use opencv4_catkin, something inspired by Ethz-ASL, I found I need to provide the information about the URL_MD5 that I could not find any information about.

Is anybody having any information?

Okay. I will create one issue in ASL repo.

Also, it's quite confused that in their relase, no hash value is offered.
