What is the difference between Kalman filter and trackers included in openCV? [closed]

I am working on a people detection and tracking system. I am newbie to openCV. I am studying trackers in openCV such as MIL, KCF, Boost etc. I googled them with the Kalman filter but cannot find any relevant results. I want to ask what is the application wise difference between these trackers and Kalman filter.
