I see on the OpenCV Github repo that some Issues are being labelled with label "Hackathon"
When is the OpenCV hackathon? Where can I find details?

Mailing list is not accessible with a Google account.
Not sure to understand the goal of this hackathon. Who is the target of this? There are not so many external contributions already. Professional coders have a work.
It leaves partnership with universities / students. And, or inside the old/new Intel world?
