that's a known anaconda specific problem, of low interest to anyone else, sad as it is

(opencv is a c++ library, there are python bindings, there is even a pip distro, and all of it works nice, as long as it is not anaconda, don't use that !)

Hi Thanks, does this problem also occur in python 3.6 or any other configuration for anaconda. Can I run spyder and jupiter notebook outside of anaconda?
