Install the lastest OpenCv

I watched a video to install the lastest version of OpenCv and everything went fine but i had to modify environment path variables.

Last time i used OpenCv, can't remember the version but in my code i was including cv.h and i didn't had to modifie environment path variables.

My question is does there is a way to install OpenCv without change environment path variable ?

You can set the path in IDE. Read the section 'The local method' in this article.
