Hi, i work with wondows 7 x32 and my targhet is "Modotion detecion in a recorded video" as descripted here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLG95.... I download : 1) python-2.7.5.exe and install it to C:\Python27\ 2) numpy-1.11.2.zip After unzip of numpy-1.11.2.zip in C:\numpy-1.11.2\ , how i can install numpy ? THANKS VERY MUCH !! Luciana
