Building OpenCv for Windows Phone 8

The latest 2.4.6 release has Windows RT support. Has anyone ported it to Windows Phone? I would be really helpful I am trying to use video processing library from OpenCv. Windows Phone 8 has a very limited support on Video processing.

I've used a github project that works on Windows Phone (it has samples too!).
