What is the BGR to YUV and BGR to LAB conversion formula used by OpenCV

I would like to know, what's the formula for conversion from BGR to YUV and BGR to LAB used by OpenCV?

As I can find different standards that have been mentioned on wiki regarding BGR to YUV and BGR to LAB conversion.
